This co-ownership contract is hereby agreed to by the following parties:

This agreement is effective the 13th day of August 2021.
The entities above elect to go into an agreement whereby one entity shall purchase a share(s) in a property controlled by the other entity to become co-owner with other numerous anonymous entities, and co-owning a common property situate at 28 John Agoro Street, Surulere, Lagos, and the controlling entity shall operate the property for the co-owners' guaranteed earnings and/or sale as the co-owners may decide upon. The property operation must be in strict accordance with Real Estate Industry standard and Fracown promised high standard.
The co-ownership commenced on 13 August 2021, and shall continue for a lifetime until by a co-owners’ request and based on Fracown’s sale flexibility, the ownership is sold to another as per the terms of this agreement. Co-owners shall have ownership rights, which Fracown shall have controlling rights over the property.
Each co-owner shall purchase a minimum of one unit and a maximum of 8 units at the cost of 1,500,000 per unit to co-own the property alongside numerous, anonymous other individuals. This will constitute the equity of each co-owner which will be managed as per ARTICLE 9 of this agreement.
The value of any other funds of the co-ownership, remarking fee and the like not directly related to the operation and ownership of this specific property shall NOT be considered part of a co-owner's equity and shall be accounted for in a separate set of books and accounts.
